After using the new equipment for two months, the allocation box should be cleaned and the lubricating oil should be replaced every half a year. Check whether the oil pump can work normally, whether there is leakage and obstruction.

·Check whether the transmission belt is properly tightened.

·Check the working condition of the rotary blade regularly, if it is worn out, please replace it in time so as not to affect the product quality.

·In the working environment, the electrical parts should be frequently dusted to prevent bad electrical contact, which can result in unnormal operation of the machine.

·We should minimize the idle time of the main engine and maintain the service life of the screw. We should always check whether there is noise in the allocation box to prevent too large bearing wear clearance.

·If the machine will not be turned on for a long time, please grease the mould head, screw and other parts to prevent rusting.
